I am a 23 year old professional skier based out of Whistler BC Canada. For the last three seasons I have been following the pro circuit which includes the X-Games, Dew Tour, Ski Tour, 48Straight, World Superpipe Champs, as well as the Opens (US, Nippon, European). I have been on the Canadian Halfpipe Ski Team (previously the Alberta Big Air Team, Alberta Halfpipe Team) for 7 years and the team now consists of top Canadian riders Sarah Burke, Justin Dorey, Roz Groenewoud, Matt Margetts, myself and our coach Trennon Paynter. The competition schedule has been hectic in the past with FIS World Cup halfpipe comps mixed in amongst the pro events but this year there are no World Cup events scheduled so this allows for a much more focused season. I plan to film more this season with Level 1 Productions and the gaps in the season will facilitate this.
